Wyndham Grand Jupiter At Harbourside Place Hotel, Jupiter

This hotel is a mixed bag for me. While my room had a beautiful intercoastal view and was spacious, there were significant issues with housecleaning and management that took away from my experience. The service I received from some staff was wonderful, particularly the valets, but I faced challenges with the managers that left me disappointed. If these issues were addressed, it would be a much more enjoyable stay.

The hotel boasts a strong location with upscale shopping and excellent dining nearby, making it a pleasure to explore. Service from the front desk staff was definitely a highlight, especially with Mr. Napier's warm check-in welcome. However, some room features like lighting could be improved, and the mattress was not to my liking. Overall, it's a pleasant stay with potential for improvement in room comfort and amenities.
